Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bets on bka33. By using this platform you agree to be bound by these conditions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bka33 and all services provided through this platform. bka33 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players based in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bka33. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.
bka33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of bka33 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.
1. Eligibility and Player Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on bka33. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. bka33 may request proof of age at any time. If it is found that an account holder is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
bka33 is operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using bka33 is lawful in their jurisdiction. bka33 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Players who access bka33 from a restricted location do so entirely at their own risk and bka33 accepts no liability in such cases.
Each player is permitted to hold only one bka33 account. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts in a different name — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bka33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform. 2. Account Registration and Verification
When registering a bka33 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. bka33 may reject a registration or close an account if false or misleading information is provided during registration or at any subsequent time.
bka33 requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document. bka33 may also request additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawals being withheld until verification is satisfied. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the bka33 Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bka33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and contact bka33 support. bka33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the official login page.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits to your bka33 wallet must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳500. bka33 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your bka33 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bka33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bka33 support approves an alternative in writing. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. bka33 aims to process withdrawal requests on the same business day they are submitted, subject to verification status and payment provider availability. bka33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bka33 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. Players will be notified by SMS before any inactivity fee is applied. A dormant account can be reactivated at any time by logging in and contacting support.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotional offers on bka33 are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per player, one per household, and one per mobile number. bka33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses awarded on bka33 are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed before bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. bka33 takes bonus abuse seriously. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; or providing false information to obtain a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, bka33 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and permanently exclude the player.
5. Gameplay and Fair Use
All games available on bka33 are supplied by established third-party game studios and are powered by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of bka33. bka33 does not interfere with or alter game outcomes in any way. Players acknowledge that all game results are final and that the house edge is a feature of all casino games — past results do not influence future outcomes.
Players must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward other players or bka33 staff. Players must not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the bka33 platform in a manner not intended for normal gameplay. Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or platform malfunctions. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error or malfunction will be voided.
If you believe a transaction on your bka33 account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. bka33 will investigate the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. All dispute decisions made by bka33 after reviewing available records are final.
6. Responsible Gaming
bka33 provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed from your account dashboard. bka33 encourages all players to use these tools proactively. Setting a deposit limit or self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the active period.

7. Account Suspension and Termination
bka33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; the account holder has provided false information; or the continued operation of the account presents a risk to bka33 or to other players. In the event of suspension for investigation, bka33 will aim to resolve the matter and communicate an outcome within 14 days.
You may close your bka33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method provided KYC is complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain. If you are closing your account due to problem gambling, bka33 recommends activating self-exclusion instead of, or in addition to, account closure to prevent re-registration.
8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
bka33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bka33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bka33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or decisions made based on information available on the platform.
All content on bka33 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of bka33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any bka33 content without prior written permission.
bka33 may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, bka33 will endeavour to notify active players via SMS or in-platform notification. Your continued use of bka33 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using bka33 and may request account closure.
